I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University) is considered as one of the Top Medical Universities in Russia. University had begun its history in 1758 as the medical faculty at Imperial Moscow University. Sechenov University has been a pioneer in the Russian Healthcare System. Many renowned scientists and physicians have already worked at the University, who are known for their significant contributions to the progress of medicine.

Today, the University has grown up into an academic, research, and Resource Centre of Excellence in the Russian Healthcare System. Admission Process of Moscow State Medical University

Step 1

The student must complete the online application form.

Step 2

Need to submit a 10th, 12th, NEET Certificates, a copy of their passport, transcripts of records, and any other required documents.

Step 3

After submitting the required documents, students will receive an admission letter from the university.

Step 4

Pay the registration fees to the university account or via net banking.

Step 5

Following confirmation of admission by the university, the Department of Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation will begin issuing the official invitation letter.

Step 6

After receiving an admission letter from the Russian Federation, students must visit the Russian Federation’s embassy or consulate to apply for the student visa.

Eligibility Criteria for MBBS in Russia

The student shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

The candidate must secure 50% marks in their 12th standard from Science stream (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) in CBSE / ISC or any other Equivalent Board of Examination
